Earth... She is my lady, and she doesn't take lip.

There are legends within the popular culture of this planet which can totally stimulate and confound the mind.  Some of them are quite amusing..  The other day an associate of mine called me with a line of inquisition.  My friend is quite the fanatic of various conspiracies and has reason to believe in any number of them. He's currently on 3 seperate watch lists of high ranking government agenicies for information of a sensitive nature that he possesses.  Unfortunately these sorts of secrets can serve a number of illicitly horrible agendas if provided to the wrong people.  Anyway, this friend called me with some interesting questions regarding the legend of Atlantis.  Among those questions were queries relating to the theory of human development within Atlantis itself.  The idea that this utopian society was a human city is the biggest misconception of popular thought.  To be quite frank, Atlantis did exist...it did not exist as the legend tells it did, however the fact remains; that many thousands of years before homo-sapiens walked the earth, a civilization populated by intelligent and technologically advanced "people" called Atlantis did in fact come to be the general term used for a world wide government and "super city".  This was a world of balance and order with nature and technology sharing equal portions of this planet.  There were many cities dotting the Earth, connected by a world wide communications network much like our internet today.  Roads and rail were something of a myth back then. The idea that anyone would interfere with nature by digging her land out and pouring cement over her natural beauty was considered quite unacceptable.  Instead a system of rapidly accelerating balloons were used for travel to various cities and within those cities, electric and magnetic personal transportation devices were used that resembled crosses between a Segway, and wheel chair.  Many of the inhabitants would make use of their own mobility...a concept lost on most Americans today.  If it's more than a hundred yards, everyone jumps in the minivan...very sad indeed.  These high velocity balloons were not unlike Zeppelins of the human past.  However these neither used fossil fuel or hydrogen based propellants as a source for locomotion.  They tried to build the cities within circular patterns making use of the Suns glorious rays as the main energy source for electric conversion.  These cities were normally raised up off of the ground by use of the earths magnetic field and resonance.  For those of you who are unaware, the Earth has a particular resonance at which it vibrates like a bell which has been struck.  If reverberated upon by the same frequency, you can create a feedback loop which creates areas of what would appear to you as anti gravity.  This caused these great cities to seemingly "float" above the surface indefinitely.  This was not without harmful effect as time lingered on.  Soon the magnetic fields were actually altered slightly and thus...began the fall of Atlantis.  Solar winds reacted slightly different, causing the earths atmosphere to alter and thus changing thing winds, pressure, and oceanic flows.  This ultimately altered the weather and even tectonic activity.  All of this combined was the final catalyst of the greatest change...  The magnetic pole reversal.  This was the straw that broke the camels back as it were.  Great earthquakes, floods, and storms raged across the world.  Volcanoes and massive sudden tectonic plate shifts completely wiped out the beautiful cities which once stood unmatched in beauty.  The end had wiped clean the slate for humanity to begin its try.  It is now your turn.  Will nature find you worthy? Or is it soon to pass that the poles shall align anew and begin the age of ascension.  A time for those who have looked upon earth as observers.  Waiting for a moment to settle and claim its beauty.  Maybe the point is that Earth shall bow to no soul.  For she is free.  She is strong and quite capable of surviving without any of us.  Not you and not me.
